In October 2019, a global pandemic has been practiced in Belgium. In November 2019, a virus broke out in Wuhan, China. On 11 March 2020, the WHO declared a pandemic.
In October 2022, another global pandemic was practiced in Belgium which was named SEERS which stands for Severe Epidemic Enterovirus Respiratory Syndrome. The event itself was given the catchy title "catastrophic contagion event".
The invitees took part in a "table-top simulation" in which an extremely deadly enterovirus originating in South America somewhere in 2025 spreads around the world and kills millions of people. Children will be particularly vulnerable to the disease, which is part of the polio family of viruses.
The Belgian exercise has evoked memories of the now infamous Event 201, in which the same parties ran simulations of a 'flu-like' global viral outbreak in October 2019, just a month before the first cases of COVID were identified in China.
It is possible that this is the infamous new pandemic that Bill Gates and Stéphane Bourla are referring to. But, don't worry, according to Belgian expert Marc Van Ranst, there is already a vaccine.
