THE THEREMIN

The theremin is a musical instrument that was invented in October 1919 by the Russian physicist Lev Sergejevitsj Termen, known as Leon Theremin in the West. After a long tour through Europe, where he demonstrated his invention to full audiences, Theremin moved to the United States and patented his invention in 1928.
